The National Weather Service in Birmingham has requested ALERT activation from 4pm to 2am.

ALERT NWS Operators: The NWS has requested ALERT activation Sunday 4/14/2019 from 2AM-12PM. Please call Russell to respond.

If you do not have his number, please contact the Facebook page (facebook.com/K4NWS), and we’ll give you his number, in case he doesn’t see the message.

If anyone is interested in becoming either a Supporting Member of ALERT, OR even an ALERT NWS Station Operator, please also feel free to contact this page for details.

We can always use more amateur radio operators who are able to deploy to the NWS, to be part of ALERT for these callouts!
