Hello everyone. I pray that you are all doing well and enjoying the cool
down of the fall weather we have had for a few days.

I am just giving an update on myself here, so that you all will know
exactly what is what and where I am at this point.

Friday Oct 30th I will be having a scope on my right shoulder. I have a 50%
tear in one of my rotator tendons. The surgeon is going to cut that tear
all the and put in an anchor as well as shave off part of my collar bone.
My arm will be totally immobilized for 17 days and if the then thinks that
all is going well, i will start 6 to 8 weeks of therapy.

This means that I am out of commission for nearly everything for almost 3
weeks at first and then should start being able to do things on a slow
recovery for the next 6 weeks or so. I will not be doing any lifting or
should not be for the time frame of the therapy per the Dr's orders already
given to me. Also for the 17 days with my arm immobilized they are already
telling me that even driving will be very difficult.  perhaps if yall see
me out there with one thumb out, be sure to give me a ride...LOL.

Lots of folks that i talk to are telling me that i will be in pain from
this for a while. I aint so sure though because if it hurts, ima just pass
on out first. I am a wimp when it comes to pain. heheheh.

you may or may not see me on facebook and or email as i really just dont
know what i will be able to do or not do. Everyone responds to the same
things differently. We always do because we are not all the same.

I pray for me to have a proper recovery and healing, not simply a fast one.
