Greetings everyone.

First and foremost let me say Thank You to those of you who prayed and kept
me in your thoughts and heart this past week.

Even though this is Sunday, I am not going to preach but I will say that
according to the way that I believe , GOD touched my shoulder within the
hour and fifteen minutes of the surgeon talking to us and the actual
surgery taking place.

The surgeon had come in and had given an update that indicated that there
was the possibility of a worse situation than he had originally discussed
with me prior to Thursday morning. He told us that would not know for
certain until he got the scope in and looked at things but i could end up
with a lot larger of a cut and multiple anchors being installed into my
rotator cuff.  He advised that he had a knee scope to do before me and that
should take him about 45 minutes. It actually was an hour and fifteen
before they rolled me into the OR.

Those friends with me have said that the Dr told them that the only thing
he did was remove 2 bone spurs from my collar bone. It seems that one had
looped around something and was causing an aggravation to a tendon and that
was all that was needed.

I know what I believe and I just want to say Thank You to all of my friends
who prayed for me and held me dear to their hearts.

I was initially prepared for and expecting a 3 month recovery from the
surgery and therapy that was advised of. The nurse told me Thursday that
the Dr had said as my arm became comfortable to go ahead and use it.

For those of you whom are heading out to Church this morning, I wanted to
give you a jump start on things.
