[Email1] Greetings and email list update

Greetings everyone.  I pray that you are all prepared for this weekend come
whatever may.

This is a general email list update. We have a large number of folks on
this list and I would like to give you the opportunity to have us remove
you from this list if you no longer wish to receive it or be a part of it.
No questions will be asked about why you want to be removed or anything of
that sort. I just do not want our email list to be considered as 'spam' and
like to keep it cleaned up and only sent to those who truly desire to be
part of it.

if you wish to be removed from this list, please drop me a note either by
way of replying here or send me a personal note and I will have the list
updated and will remove my current list and save the new list after changes
are made.

If I hear from no one, I will reason that all is well and we will continue
as we are currently.

**** If you are a part of this list and have any questions about anything
that comes through here, please feel free to email me and I will either
answer your questions or point you to someone who can answer where I can
not.

Also if you have any suggestions for ALERT feel free to email me as well on
the matter.

past 2 years that I have been the President of ALERT.  I hope that we have
served you well by providing ample information about our events and things
related to the NWS and all weather related items as well. Thank you
everyone for being part of what we are all working to accomplish together.
