Greetings everyone. I hope that you are all getting prepared for this
wintry weather event or rather these events coming over the next few days.

I wish to advise all operational members of ALERT to be prepared for a
call-out should the NWS need to issue one.  I, personally, will not be
available this time as I am committed to the fire department in my
immediate community.

To those of you whom are not operational members of ALERT, I offer this
advice... Be sure to charge your radio batteries and make sure your
vehicles are fueled and you have non perishable foods and drinks stocked
up. Make sure that your radios are programmed as well.

EVERYONE please remember pets pipes and people.
