[Email1] t-mobile and callouts

Howard is reporting he is not getting callouts on his cell phone. He is
setup in the callout list and I tested his cell email from my personal acct
and it worked. so i think tmobile is filtering alert as spam or something.
is anyone else on t-mobile and GOT the callout earlier today?
