Hello everyone.

I truly hope that everyone is well and that your properties are OK too.  I
had e-mailed Jim Stefkovich and others on a different matter but even
though they are busy with storm damage assessments I got a note to pass on
to the whole of ALERT. So here it is:

assistance in the office and at home this past week.  Please pass my
appreciation on to the ALERT members. Jim
